My brother claims that he sent music to their e-mail address a while back (bigcatrecords@gmail.com i think??) and now they are answering back to us.

This started on Sat…they called us up and told us to send our music to DJ Drama for consideration, then they said if he liked it..he would possibly fly us out to Atlanta. DJ Drama supposedly liked it and so did other A&R’s.

Recently he told us that DJ Drama will be able to get our music heard on a popular radio station is Atlanta (Might be V103). Well, he told us that it was $1,000 to get the slot on the radio. If the people in Atlanta like it then we’d be getting a 200,000 signing bonus. We told him that we didn’t really have the money so he sad that he would pay for it. The only thing was that he wanted us to pay $500 for the slot.

We told him that we can’t do it through a wire transfer or bank account because we’ve been scammed before and we weren’t trying to do that again. He said that he understood and told us that we could come to Atlanta and give him the money. Except he wont be paying for our airfare or hotel accomodations when we come. Does this seem sketchy to anybody or has anyone dealt with them before?

Rowand’s known for being a great leader. He’s known for being a good defensive OF, being a good contact hitter and rarely hits into double plays. He’d perfectly slot in as the Mets 2 hitter. The Mets are in need of a 2 hitter and a right-handed hitting OF. To throw icing on the cake, the Phillies would hate it. I know the one concern would be if he’d be able to smoothly move to RF or LF. I’m sure he can and would be willing to.

I’ve heard rumorings of swaps for Eric Byrnes, Jose Guillen and Andruw Jones. I don’t believe Guillen would be as wise to take on though because he’s been a problem with several teams including KC.

I worked for best buy for 2 years after leaving the PD before my back problems became to hard to bare. I left best buy on disability in Sept 07, shortly thereafter, my wife was hired by best buy. My wife has been working for best buy for 2 years now. She originally applied for a full time position so we could get insurance so I could continue treatment. Because my injury was pre-existent to entering the PD, getting the pension was an uphill battle, so forget the insurance. My divorce attorney a couple years ago told me I should sue the PD for medical ins., but they were good to me, it wouldn’t set right with me to sue them.

The manager I had worked for at best buy temporarily transferred to another department. When he returned he wanted to help us out and get her into a full time position. He kept harping the the gm until finally the gm snapped at him and said she will never have a full time position in your department or any other because I think her husband is faking his disability. He ended up putting her in a full time slot against his gm’s wishes. The gm ended up turning his $4000 bonus into a $400 bonus. As a result the manager put in his notice to quit and is willing to testify as to what he was told in regards to my disability. I spoke with a half wit attorney last night that said he wasn’t sure if I had a case he would have to talk to colleagues. I’ve been trying without success to get through to the eeoc today. Do I have a case against best buy?
